Finding the clear steps to take when rolling out large design changes can be tricky; stakeholder management is key to releasing a great UX with healthy change management and avoiding a Frankenstein experience for users.
But managing stakeholders is never easy, and sometimes we compromise the UX for ease of development, speed to deliver, large amounts of variables in an experiment, or simply opinions in the organisation.
In this talk Kevin dissects common struggles and pushback UX professionals receive and how to navigate them, especially when removing beloved but underperforming features.
