We’ve all seen the high-profile stories about companies making product and design decisions that are anything but user-centered; our technology is outpacing our ethical and regulatory frameworks. We’ve also seen how easy it is for our stakeholders and colleagues to strive for business metrics at the cost of human ones. And if we’re honest, we can sometimes fall into the same trap, not only in our design solutions, but even in our methods. Kim shares several specific approaches for enabling more human-centered decisions.
