Maja Raunbak is a seasoned senior executive leader within Strategic Digital Transformation, Product Design and Development. She has +15 years experience in various strategic digital product roles in media tech companies.

Maja has headed In-house agencies and Design departments in MediaTech / public service broadcasting corporations, and she has build, scaled and matured both in-house agencies and design departments to match the strategic ambitions of the company and the maturity of the organisation.

Maja's focus is on creating business value while transforming and maturing org. and praxis, while creating a culture of belonging and engaging customer experiences.
