Ovetta Sampson - The Planck Value of Design
Leading Design New York 2022

In this talk, Ovetta describes how she uses the framework of collective leadership to lead multidisciplinary teams for better design. This leadership framework focuses on empowering and supporting leadership at all levels and from all disciplines throughout the design process to push product innovation as well as focus on each team member's career trajectory. By blending a communal approach to leading teams with the design process itself the result is more like an artful game of chance than a team with each player playing his or her part at the right moment to create a transdisciplinary shared outcome.
