We’re told to embrace change, but in reality it isn’t all in, or all out, it’s the messy grey in between. And that’s exactly the space where leaders and teams need new ways of working.
In this talk, Ariba Jahan offers a candid look at what it takes to navigate that in-between. Drawing on her experience driving transformation across legacy organisations, startups, and agencies, she teaches how to build shared language in moments of uncertainty, create environments where experimentation is possible without glamorising failure, and work with AI in ways that build trust instead of eroding it.
