Our careers are inevitably marked by high and lows. Some chapters are filled with motivation and inspiration, while other times are marked by the doldrums. The pandemic made us keenly aware of where we are in that cycle, leading us to reexamine our values and priorities. For some, the introspection paved the path to the great resignation, and for others it deepened commitments.
Margaret shares how gleaning insights from her cycle of highs and lows led to a new career as a Leadership Coach, and how you can navigate your cycle of renewal with intention, to get to your inspired self.
